Not exactly HB but a Thomann tweed bass case. I don't really need one, just wanted to have it!

Judge for yourself. They are rattling around alright, the LP style also won't fit due to the back angled headstock.

That looks pretty well made blablas, is it untreated or lacquered? DefJef, take the back strap lock off and screw in a 9" long coach bolt. You can then wind it in or out to suit the case. Presto, no more rattling guitar and the choice of that bargain "any size" purchase you've been longing for.

Good tip john. I could even play it like a cello. We may be onto something here DefJef.

Here's me wishing that I could fit my basses in a guitar case (the Ibanez Mikro does) so it wouldn't be such a PITA to travel with, and you want to put a guitar in a bass case??? Fancy an anvil bass roadcase while you're at it?

That looks pretty well made blablas , is it untreated or lacquered? I don't know. it feels more like it's a sort of waxed than lacquered.
