Sending it back PRONTO! I think low end HB guitars are crap as I have witnessed with ST-20, D-120 and now HBO-600! Not the case with my L-450Plus though. If one wants a decent guitar go for the higher end HB guitars instead. I will save some money and get the HB acoustic one with Grover tuners and bone nuts + Da'adarios (forgot the name). I must agree - the low end guitars just cannot be any good for the money they are asking - any of the ones over say 160 -170 euros look like nice guitars. I just bought my first HB acoustic and I went for the all solid CLD-30SCM SolidWood. This is one hell of a good guitar - as good as any acoustic at 3 times the price

I must say that I have had a good experience with Thomanns cheaper instruments, but I buy basses not guitars.
So far, I own 3 HB basses that were under 100€ and there is not a single issue (that I can find) on any if them.

it seems that this particular guitar got the most problems. i have read it more than one time that the fretjobs are bad.
little advice here. The prices are so low...never buy a B-Stock to save these 10 bucks. Its not worth it.
I bought 2 B-stocks and was able to get rid of the troubles they had but it was not worth it. After that i always bought A-stocks and was always satisfied. Hope your next one will be better, che!
