Got the pedal today, after 2 weeks. Ordered from Gear4Music. Not sure why it took so long as they had 9 in stock. Usually I would get stuff from them faster than from Thomann. Tried the pedal today. After 2 hours of fiddling with it I decided to send an email to Gear4Music asking about the Return procedure, as I never returned anything to them before. The effects sound digital, very so, very lifeless. This pedal managed to make my all tube Bugera V55 sound solid state Once again multi effect pedal has failed me. It really is time for me to utterly and completely forget such pedals! The pedal lacks Master Volume/Volume compensate. Let's see if Gear4Music customer service is as good as Thomanns.

Sorry to hear you dislike it Che. It’s not perfect but you can try a lot of different things with it.
Having said that, it’s never permanently on my pedal Carpet.

Don't get me wrong. The Phaser, Flanger sound good but I seem to dislike those effects. I like raw feel and they certainly are more slick thanks to this pedal I realized that. Full stop! The Tremolo sounds good. Chorus is very bad. Some delays are fine but not better than my Mooer Reecho Pro. Octaver is just an old Atari game. Distortions are just cold Solid State feel all the way. No dynamics. No warmth (even if plugged into my all tube Bugera). Reverbs are nothing special. My Fender Marine Layer is just lovely sounding alas not many options. It's huge, this pedal is. Has no Master Volume to compensate for loss in some effects.

The filter FX with an expression hooked up are where the magic is for me.

That's too bad Che don't know much about this pedal but did read it has the Verbzilla reverbs included in it which I always thought were pretty decent back in the day. These days I rarely use effects and can get by happily with just reverb some occasional OD and a touch of slap back.

Im very happy with my current pedal board; CKK Lunar Drive, CKK Gears Compressor, Mooer Reecho Pro, Fender Marine Layer Reverb. My main tone, all into stock Bugera V55. Lovely.
I guess I was after that effect or two that could spark a new riff idea for a song or two. Truth be told, my riff ideas speak for them selves as is, without the need to be enhanced with effects lie Phaser or Flanger, harmonisers etc ... . Sometimes we go after "coolness" factor rather than the honest innermost which should in my opinion be the only important thing no matter what others might think of it.
Gear4Music offered to organize a DHL home collection deal which is cooler than Thomann deal. So far they seem helpful, lets see how it all ends. They mentioned full refund or sending another item instead.

Tbh I just like making strange noises with a guitar sometimes. The filters give me all that and more.
It seems to me that you’re an analogue or nothing kind of guy Che, which is fine. Most of my pedals are analogue.

Yeah, it's great to get some strange sounds but not many if any end up in the actual song Unless you are David Gilmour

Gear4Music told that a DHL car will come to my home to collect the package , all for free sweet! I asked for a full refund once they check the pedal. Lets see how this goes.

I am not much of a pedal guy but a couple of Strymons have caught my attention. One is a delay and the other a reverb unit. Waiting for the used prices to fall below 50 euros (for the pair).

I have a feeling Strymon is overrated. I seriously doubt it is any better than my fantastic sounding Mooer Twin Reecho Pro.
I really disliked the screen on this Line6. Turning knobs and looking at the bloody screen! Must stay away from such! Need basic stomp box knobs and no screen!
One thing I did find out thanks to my Mooer Reecho; I really enjoy playing the delay/Modulation option which basically is a Chorus added to the Delay of your choosing. I MUST get me self a good Chorus pedal! Eyeing the TC Corona or maybe the TC Dreamscape which besides Chorus has Flanger and Vibe.
