Ciao a tutti, I've sold my Fender Stratocaster USA and now i'm waiting for this new HB ...
I like the youtube videos of Jonathan Koh and for my musical taste he is the best HB player on Youtube ... sure that you know him but I share the videos from his channel of the HB TE70 if you are interested ... as me . He also plays gigs with his HB guitars.

I have one of these guitars, it's a very nice guitar no issues with it apart from dirty gunky strings. Not sure if it was corrosion but had black hands after playing I cleaned strings with fast fret and all was good. No high frets or sharp ends intonation and action was spot on. Hopefully yours will be the same (without gunky strings), enjoy it it's a very good looking guitar and sounds very good.

Well, let's hope for a pleasant Christmas arrival then. I'm waiting for something too but it's not a Harley Benton. I wonder if it will come in time. I expect the post to be facing a tidal wave and won't be surprised if it arrives a couple of days later.

I don't mind the Telecaster shape but cannot abide the simple look of the bridge, controls and general plank feeling of the body. Don't like the sound either. I'd much rather go with this: … if it weren't red

LOL, I find it funny the denim guitar needs to sit on a towel. I never treat my denim so delicately.
Kinda thinking it would soak up a lot of sweat and you'd need to strip it naked to launder it once in awhile. LOL Someone put forth a lot of effort. Fun

roberto I love my TE-70BP so much Im considering to buy another one and replaint it so not to have same looks. But man this axe is so well suited to my hands, the neck is just right for me and the body is not that heavy 3,6kg I think mine is. But the unplugged tone and sustain is just gorgeous. Thos brass saddles sure have lots to do with it too. I personally didnt like the Roswell pickups so bought the Ironstone TE pickup set and Im in love with these. I also bought the Ironstone 5 way harness; now I have N+B in Series and in Parallel, Bridge, Bridge half out of faze and Neck on its own. A very versatile guitar! I wish you to get a good playable one!

I have this guitar too. Not a single flaw on it. Frets needed polishing and a few needed rounding on the edges, but that was all. It was intonated and even in tune out of the box! The bridge pickup can be a little harsh but the neck is just warm and smooth. Middle position, combo of harsh and warm, is very good. Cuts through. Very tele like. I've left everything stock for now. Maybe, just maybe I'll change the bridge pickup, once I find one to match the Roswell neck PU. There are no complaints at 149 Euros. A friend has a pimped up Butterscotch Squier Affinity Tele (now with compensated brass saddles, Fender Vintage pickups, rewired, Fender tuners, Orange Drop, string through) and he thinks the HB is still better. Then again, with all his pimping he could have probably bought a decent MIM Tele and be done with it. That's what happens when you start modding bit by bit. Maybe I got lucky to receive a good one. It's become my go-to guitar for songwriting. I recommend it.

The TE 70 BP has arrived: neck and frets are very good. The nut was terrible ... a sort of plastic nut badly hand cut ... very bad. The look of this guitar is nice and I really like it. The sound it's nice too especially after the changing of the nut with a Graph-Teck TUSQ XL. The changing of the nut took me for a little time, the TUSQ is just perfect out of the box and it fits perfectly in the nut slot of the TE 70. I've changed also the nut in my HB TE 90 ... simply perfect ... good intonation in both guitars. I've also changed the tuner of TE 70 (not so bad) with Kluson Tuners ... no problem at all also for this simple operation. Now the action, intonation it's better and the upgrade was very easy. Hoping to post soon the pictures of this HB.

Thank you blindwilly3fingers! The guitar now it's very nice and I love it. This one with the other one (the TE90 with awesome and silent humbuckers with all its twangy tele sound) it's my perfect Tele couple ... now i'm really satisfied.
