Dots aren't centred Would you be able to measure the neck thickness? These really look good, although I would want the Plus Lemon Flame instead, for the colour and the coil split. And the block inlays. And the Roswell pick-ups. Nah, I'm not buying one. I won't yield to temptation again…

I'll add that in the description. I own lots of guitars, this one has the thickest neck of em all. But is still very comfy. You need another guitar, just do it!

You need another guitar, just do it! The dots are shown at 1:57. I'm not very happy with the sound of my SC-450 Plus, so I am very reluctant in buying another guitar with the same pick-ups. The thickest neck I have is on my ST-62: 23 mm at 1st fret, 24.5 mm at 12th. Dots aren't centred either but the neck is the same colour as the fingerboard, so it's less visible. I even have dancing dots:

But we all have different preferences/taste and fingers. If you are not happy you can also switch to another pup.

If you are not happy you can also switch to another pup. Pick-ups on the SC-450 Plus and HB-35 Plus are the same. Yours are different. I don't like buying a guitar with the intent of changing the pick-ups, and especially not one of this sort, with all the fiddling involved to reach the pots and switches. I'm not a fan of that thick humbucker sound. I even changed the coil split to a switch in parallel on my SC-450 Plus and I play it with a thinner pick (that helps a lot, by the way) but the moment I pick an Ibanez or a Strat' I'm happier.

I might do an updated video of some of the stuff I noticed after I recorded the video, I did it just minutes after picking up the guitar. So there was stuff I missed that I later noticed

Yeah, I agree, I don't want to change the pick up the first thing I do when buying a new guitar.

I found a clip showing a recent one. It sounds on the soft side of things but I see he's got the bass on 10 and the mids on 6.5 in the lead part:
Here's one I suppose is a straight, flat picture of all pick-ups:
The old demo by Henning was brighter, though:
Oops, sorry, that's the demo of the dots. Playing starts at 6:40:
The HB-35 Plus was even brighter but that was 2016 and the pick-ups were Wilkinson on this one, so not what we'd get today.

The main information I derive from such demos is the presence of high end. If I don't hear enough and this is confirmed in another source, I attribute it to a limitation of the guitar. In cases where a distinct coloration is heard, it can usually also be attributed to the instrument, provided there can be a comparison to others by the same reviewer.
