If it were a problem, it would have been fixed by now. People have been putting Bigsbys on guitars for a while.

Due to musical differences I've decided I can't work with myself any more.

People have been generally putting the correct Bigsbys on guitars for quite a while. Bigsby themselves don't recommend this type for a hollow body. I checked with them back in 2016 when this cropped up before. "Our B7 mounts via two screws into the top of the instrument (along with four in the hinge) which is why we suggest using it on solid body or semi-hollow arched top instruments. In some cases, it can be installed on fully hollow guitars, but is something for a luthier to determine on an individual basis. Factors include bracing patterns and thickness of the top. For a Gretsch Chet Atkins 6120 for instance, the suggested vibrato is our B6". Notice also how much further back a B6 puts the string ends, reducing the behind the bridge break angle and string pressure. This is further helped by the absence of a roller bar which will also create less bridge lean in the direction of the fingerboard. Of course Thomann's luthiers may well have red lit this...as may Sir Paul's.

If the Bigtone were a brand new model there would be cause for concern but it has been around for years now, so I assume it is not generating warranty cases.
And we don't know how hollow it really is. There could be supporting pieces just there for this purpose.

Well, let me say I am not a guitartech nor a guitarwiz so my personal view can differ a lot from a real expert. I am not a sucker for fancy and expensive guitars since I believe that most are hugely overpriced for what you actually get.

Usually all is well luckily. We shouldn't worry really, we can always send them back and get a refund. Good luck I hope you get a good one. 🙏

But yeah, one can argue that many are indeed overpriced. But when you buy an expensive guitar, there is usually more to it, than just the guitar in itself. And that can also be of value.
