Sorry dodger I haven't come around to doing it yet. No he hasn't used it for that gig, it's been under my table collecting dust.
What's a bit odd about it is when plugging in the guitar (this was also mentioned in some of the reviews) you have to strum your guitar for a while before the light goes to green and it amplifies. I found it sounded very nicely, especially with the HB CLD-41SE (just love that guitar), that typical acoustic sound you expect to hear.
