Bought this after finding out Prince played a Hohner Telecaster. I can understand why. It feels and sounds AMAZING. My tech and I compared it to multiple Fenders and this beat them handily, especially the pickups. Has a GREAT neck, just a little fat for my tastes (it's still slimmer than vintage).
Asking $500. I will include a 20mm padded World Tour gig bag and a strap if you like. It has just been set up with relatively low action. The strings arent new but they are in playable shape.
Similar Hohner Teles have been selling on eBay recently for around $600. The "Prinz" version (later, after they moved production to China, supposedly lesser quality) goes for $1000 and up. The Japanese Fender version this is copying sells for $900 and up and is not as nice a guitar. This is an AMAZING guitar for the price and I will have no qualms about keeping it if no one bites.
