Looking at both these the joyo bantamp atomic or the orange micro dark. Have ruled out the micro terror because. No fx loop. Just wondering peoples opinions please?

I was also looking into the Bantamp amps and am torn between Atomic and BlueJay (with the idea of great clean channel and adding crunch/distortion via pedals).
I watched some videos and it seems the Atomic has some nice cleans as well so maybe I will go for that.

Bantamp for sure. The headphone out on it is cabinet simulated so you can actually use it (Orange's headphone out sounds like a broken nintendo) and it has a real tone knob (Orange has a scoop knob, which is great if you want to quack, but not much else) Why the Atomic though? That is a Vox replica. The Meteor is the one with the Orange sound. The Atomic might be the universally least liked Bantamp, from what I've seen on YT and Thomann.
Basically, in descending gain: VIVO: Metal/ heavy rock lead
Zombie: Metal rhythm Jackman: punk all-round/ alternative metal forms (thrash, prog) rhythm
Meteor: Alt rock/ Prog rock lead, funk/ fusion rhythm Atomic: Classic rock rhythm/ blues + pop lead Bluejay: Blues/ Funk/ Jazz/ Pop all-rounder

That's the other question? I have watch the yuotube videos as far as bantamps go it was a toss up between the atomic or the meteor? I edged toward the atomic as I thought the meteor would be to metal? I'm not so sure now, I think it will be a bantamp but which one I know the are supposed to be voiced like other amps. Was planning to use distortion pedal and thought that would be to much with the meteor?

They both clean up well when you roll off the gain, though the Meteor starts crunching earlier on the knob. When it comes to using a distortion pedal, both will handle it, but if you use a boost pedal instead to push the amps into their natural ODs, IMO the Meteor is better (that's just my taste, I just think the Atomic's gain sounds 'papery')
They're cheap though, so if you don't like whatever you buy first you can always try the second one

I'm leaning towards the meteor, I think if I pair it with a 1X10 cabinet it should work. I take your point regards a boost pedal that's probably better way to go.

Well, I prefer the Atomic mainly because I like the Vox sound. So I don‘t care about versatility too much. But it should have a good clean channel. Looking forward on the report of the Meteor.

Well after initially being told Monday and Tuesday delivery for speaker cab and amp. I got a text this morning saying speaker cab would be delivered today between 16.30 and 17.30! While waiting for speaker cab to arrive at 16.00 a tap at the door and the amp arrived! Both here next day unbelievable service and both look the dogs. Need to find an extension lead (amp has short power lead) and get twanging will report back in a few hours.

Once set up and powered up initially there was a hissing noise but it quickly disappeared (don't know if it was the pre amp valve warming up?). Tried clean channel 1st very crisp and clean even when the gain is pushed up. The volume isn't mega loud on clean but more than loud enough. To be honest its when you use the OD channel this little metal box comes violently to life. I messed about with various tone, gain and volume settings it's a serious bit of kit. I found with the gain at 11 tone at 1 and 9 volume on the OD channel was about right for the room I use it in. My son's girlfriend was very impressed until I put the volume at 3 o'clock (nearly full) and played the riff from TNT (ac/dc), she said "that hurt my chest". It was bone crunching loud. The Subzero 1X10 was a pleasant suprise very well made quite heavy (surprisingly) I must say I was initially going to get the orange 1X8 but read some reviews, one from a guy saying he replaced his orange with the subzero as it sounded better?
So to sum up the amp and speaker surpassed my expectations, I played 3 different guitars through it. Whatever channel I used gave some good high and low tones if anything it lacked a bit in the mid range but that could be me. Also people say speakers need time to bad in? But I think my ears probably need to get used to this rig. I also connected my phone via the bluetooth and payed various tracks and I have to say it was awesome crisp clear and thumping.
I will have an extended play over the weekend (sore fingers on the way) report back any grumbles or cool stuff I find if there are any.
Would definitely recommend both the Joyo Bantamp Meteor and the Subzero G110 (Celestion).

Just a spec update for those who don't know:
Joyo bantamp meteor: 20 watt output Tube pre amp 8 ohms Bluetooth 2 channel FX loop Headphone output Supplied with power supply & cable & speaker cable.
SubZero G110 speaker cab: 30 watt Celestion ten 30 8 ohms Output for another speaker (parallel) Blue tolex covering Brown & cream grill with white piping, and a tab bottom left hand corner for grill removal Chrome corners Leather embossed (subzero) handle Weighs just under 11kgs Open back (middle 3rd) Supplied with speaker cable.
I can't tell if its ply or mdf as its paint finished inside (suspect mdf). Its very well constructed and finished with a very retro/vintage style look. For the price approximately £75 inc delivery cant fault it.

I love the look of those Sub-zeroes. Pity they don't do a 1x12inch cab.

Speakers generally need a bit of burn-in, I usually put a blanket over them and feed old guitar recordings through for a couple of days, though that's probably overkill. Just because I'm lazy...
Good to hear you're in the bone crushing business! You made me want to try that cab, despite it being a 10". I wonder how it'll sound compared to the Harley Benton 12", given comparable price. Is the magnet sized correctly for the 10" dome? I'm wary of cheaper cabs usually because they put 8" magnets on 10" speakers, and 10" magnets on 12" speakers, a lot of the time, just to be able to market them as better than they are.
