I think the plus also got different pickups but dont know details. johnnyo the one in your avatar pic is the old model with Rosewood fretboard right? (the Wilkinson era) I should have kept my Cherry Plus but returned it becasue it had a chip in the headstock, other than that a very nice guitar it was! The one in my avatar is not a HB.

?? The HB35 is a semi-hollow too .... LeoThunder wondered if there are thin hollow-body guitars. So I mentioned the thinnest guitar I know but is a semi-hollow.

Hey. I've just had a HB35 delivered today. First impressions are excellent. I had to rehydrate the fingerboard with lemon oil and polish the frets, but once that was done, it plays great and sounds awesome. Really impressed with the pickups. I'll agree that the Blackwood is not as nice as some, even their roseacre, but once hydrated it seems ok. No sharp fret ends, finish is flawless. Very happy!

I will say the neck is a proper tree trunk. I like a thick neck, so that is ok, but you won't be shredding!
