I recently bought a Harley Benton CST-24T with P90s. I was trying it out with different amps on my Eleven Rack and I went to adjust the tone and the volume went down. My first thought was a grabbed the wrong knob. I hadn't though it was the tone knob. After moving the switch through all of its positions it started working as a tone again. I am thinking something is either lose or broken free. Has anybody else had this issue? A tone control cannot act as a volume control unless something would short its capacitor. For this to happen, the lug of the tone pot connected to the capacitor would have to be made to connect to ground. This connection would have to be a temporary thing. So maybe some ground wire is loose and floating around in the vicinity.

My Grover tuners on my HB SC custom are so misaligned I would think Thomanns QC were crossed eyed.Has a Floyd Rose so does not effect performance.I would never even buy as little as a guitar pick from thomann ever again.Stay away!

I bought guitar picks from Thomann and I am quite happy with them. I like the colour. The writing on them fades out, which is a bit annoying if you're the kind who likes to show off with branded stuff but the pick itself lasts a lot longer than those cheap Alice things I got from China. But then, I really wanted the box when I got the Alice picks, so…

We need picks that regrow like fingernails. I have 126 of them (yes I counted). I don't want to have to trim them…

I lose so many of them it's not funny. I'm pretty sure marine biologists have found guitar picks in the stomachs of deep sea fishes at this point.

I keep a pick stuck between the strings of every guitar. Never have to look for one. I can buy quite a few more guitars before I run out of them…

Contrary to my expectations, CST-24T Black Cherry was the worst aesthetically speaking. It could be even worse, like here:

Instead of tortoise flame he received tobacco flame!

Sorry to hear about the issues you have with the guitars. I'm not a gambling man. I'm a sore loser. That's why I won't try again. My luck may run out. I often fix or mod guitars, but when stuff is misaligned or severely flawed, I can't tolerate it. Sometimes I think I'm a bit obsessive compulsive. I live in the US. Returning a guitar would cost the price of the guitar.
Color can be an issue. The SC 450 plus honey bursts tend to look like the cherry burst. That's why I picked Lemon drop. I must have watched a hundred Youtube videos.
