I don't know the HB amp, but I do know (and own) one by another budget brand - the Bugera V22 Infinium which is a full tube combo. Nothing beats the tube sound! I primarily use it for bass playing at home in my living room, it can get a lot louder than I (or my neighbors) like. It's twice the price of the one you linked, but I think that because it's a full tube amplifier sound-wise it's more versatile. The clean channel gives the warmth and presence only tubes can deliver, the dirty channel can be really gritty and mean. Most of the times it's my combo of choice within the amp-herd.

I tried the HB 20 amp and the amount of hissing was too great for my ears so I sent it back to Thomann and got the CG-15 amp instead which has no hiss issues but lacks low end of course. Now, the HB 80 has a Celestion speaker and might be the very thing making this amp special, dunno never had it. I never tried a tube amp but was very close to buying the Kustom Defender 5H head and the Defender 112 cab. Instead I went with the Kustom solid state PH2012R and Im happy with it as a practice amp. As soon I get a mic I will make a better demo of it. All that said Im sure you can order that one, unpack it gently, try it out and if too much hissing return it. And make sure to keep us updated
