It is very annoying this lookalike Jazzmaster pickups situation but I felt sure we had got to a point with Harley Benton that they were now using genuine Jazzmaster design ones instead of P90s. Perhaps hartonbenley can tell us about his? They do show some Jazzmaster-alike pickups at the Roswell manufacturer's site that look like yours but they DON'T show any that they say are P90s that LOOK like Jazzmaster ones! As for the pots, I wouldn't bother with 1meg ones as the circuit is nothing like a Jazzmaster's. In fact, even if it were, 250Ks will often suffice. Maybe try using the original pots but swapping their uses, the A for audio and the B for tone and see if that gets you there? Thank you for info, strange that on roswellpickups web site i don't found this pickups. There and there.

I found them by putting "jm" in the search. Browsing did not show them.

With reference to the ineffective tone control of some hb in my case (ja-60) I see that an A250k is used I have to check if it is actually a linear one because the letter does not always indicate this. But to have a regulation on the whole gradation from 10 to 0, wouldn't a logarithm be more effective? Not sure. It might be the other way around. Log pots are for volume. And yes, a 250K pot would certainly be much better.

On service Yamaha Rs model Guitar I read :

Hi all, Sorry for my late answer... Pics of the Roswell "Jazzmaster" pickups in my JA-60LH OW : At the start, I used A500K pots but returned to A250K to tame the extra-highs brightness. Notice that I also shielded the bobbins to make them less sensitive to noise, and it's efficient. Cheers,

Helllo, does anyone here has wiring scheme? I just bought this guitar in pink shell color and there is problem. There is no change in sound when in neck or neck/bridge position and the main problem is that when is switched at bridge position it plays very quietly (about 50 percent of neck sound volume)and when you roll tone pot to 0 it doesnt send signal at all. I want to put new quality pots in it anyway but i need scheme to check where is the problem with pots now. Other than that this guitar is absolutely stunnig and with no flaws. Great neck, frets rounded, i just dont want to send it back and risk that they would exchange this one for some of worse quality. Any help will be apreciate it. Thanks!

Tried this site above but there is no such wiring diagram for 2xJM pickups, 1Vol, 1tone, 3 toggle switch. Yes, there is traditional JM wiring scheme but that cant be aplied since is much different than HB wiring. But thanks anyway.
