I've never used aliexpress but I have bought other guitar parts straight from Chinese sellers on eBay. I'm not sure if the £12 set that blindwilly3fingers and Guitar Manifesto bought are still available as currently the cheapest set from China comes in around £18. You can buy singles neck or bridge for around £12 each. I can't recommend any sellers as I don't own a set of these pickups but if you have doubts about buying straight from China then just go with either the alnico Vanson or alnico Warman as both brands are made to the same specifications and you will have peace of mind that they are as specified. FWIW Ive never had a problem buying from China through eBay because if the item is faulty or wrongly advertised I have contacted the seller with an issue and had a full refund and told to keep the item as returns aren't worth the sellers time and money also most of these sellers value their high percentage positive feedback. At the end of the day it's entirely up to you whether you're willing to take a chance on an item and pay a little less. Note: bear in mind the refunds were on items under £25

Some of the Chinese P90s Are ceramic not alnico. I can't give you a link to the seller I got my alnico5 P90s, as I can only get a buy similar option in purchase history on ebay. I can't get details of the sale this must be due to time elapsed or that the seller is no longer active on ebay? Thanks anyway, it is so in fact ceramic often does not mean worse than alnico. I personally would like them alnico, to have a slightly warmer sound. On Ebay the ceramic / alnico difference is 4/5 euros.

I got alnico because they weren't much more expensive and the other pups I was going to use were also alnico. I don't know if it's anything to do with corona virus? But everything on ebay from China to the UK has suddenly become 2 or 3 times the price? Back to topic. Good luck with whichever you decide on? If you haven't used humbucker sized P90s I think you may like them. They are not so hot as regular soapbar P90s but have a good sound.

I'm not entirely happy, the sound is not bad after all, almost what I wanted, maybe I'm influenced by having received an object other than the one shown, 50/52 mine is 52/52 7.27 neck 7.68 bridge. No have any labels and solders on the back are two instead four ad showed. I change also neck (project was neck epi zebra humbucker and bridge p94, but in position two had sound more low. Try reverse p94 and have microphonic effect. Try reverse humbucker but don't like sound. Two ways of going through life. One is to define clear targets and work hard towards them, being unhappy with anything you get and begrudgingly accepting compromise. The other is to make the best of what you can get, finding joy in things rather than seeking things for joy. The first way is good for professional, distanced occupation. That's how you lead people and conduct negotiations, getting more out of things than others. The second one is what brings unfailing happiness to evenings, weekends or retirement. Just don't mix them up.

The trouble with ebay/aliexpress is sometimes lots of sellers seem to use the same photos, but are not all selling the exact same items. It can be a bit of a gamble but I generally find most items of serviceable quality.
The P94 (clones) I purchased were the same as advertised photos luckily. I used the bridge P94 with single coils (middle & neck) so the P94 is the dominant pickup. I have not tried it with a humbucker? In my set up the as a basic strat (RWRP), just out of interest does the polarity of the P94 & humbucker match?
Hopefully it does grow on you, and is close to the sound you are after.

I know they often use not real images, but since it is written 100℅ as illustrated and polar distance 50 + 52 I definitely ask for a refund, maybe then I like them even more When I bought my guitar stand on ebay, I chose the one that said it was for 9 guitars but indicated the width of the model for 7. I knew it was wrong but I took the gamble. When I received a 9 guitar stand with the larger size, I wrote back pointing out the discrepancy and got a 30% refund. I'm very happy with that thing

Anyone know, use or have you ever heard of warman, vanson, fleor, oripure pickups ? Given that I love the fender sound very much, and that I know perfectly well that it cannot be compared to the gibson one, they are two completely different worlds, as fortunately we are. let's get to the point, I am not 100% satisfied with the sound of my epi dot I have the impression that the tone is slightly opaque I don't know how to say better, it lacks the sparkling that I would appreciate very much, at the time I got this lack on a les paul replacing the pickups with the probuckers. This time, however, I would not like to copy and paste, what would you do in my place, without spending too much on blazons like Seymour Douncan, di Marzio, etc., what do I have for 50/60 euros per couple? The idea was a p90 (sized humbuker) neck and humbuker to bridge like 59 vanson. I have Oripure neck PU in my TE 52. Sounds realy nice, not as good as Wilkinson alnico 5, but very close. I also had alnico 2 Oripure humbuckers, zebra coloured in my SC 450. Nice, vintage sounding PU. They are on sale now, actualy.
