You usually get the com port/socket on multimeters (also on top end LCR meters but they are all singing and dancing). It's normally either 10A or 200mA + the com but thats for amps, volts and ohms on a bog standard multimeter. To be honest an LCR is much more useful for guitar applications. I really only use my multimeter on domestic wiring or if I'm testing for continuity. 🤔 Sounds like that was a good buy for you DefJef. 😁 it's good when you get something thAt lives up to expectations and beyond. 👍
