He wanted to avoid returning due to cov19 in order not to go to the post office. I was told the virus only survives 30 mn outside of living organisms. Just avoid contacts. If you have to handle things other people touch, like a cart at a store, don't rub your hands in your face and wash them when you can. Don't lick other people's guitars. I'm worried about Henning now

Depends on how much the guitar cost? If it were a cheap HB or similar I'd probably fix it myself. If it's a more expensive guitar I'd probably send it back. You don't seem to have much luck with fingerboards ttmax. You've had a few with bad fingerboards if I remember correctly? P.S 15-20 € discount/refund but I'm cheap! Remember well, this is a 141 hb purchased from a friend because he knows I have one, we are also comparing them. He wanted to avoid returning due to cov19 in order not to go to the post office. I'd fix it myself, but having steamed dents from wood on numerous occasions I'm happy and confident to do it. It's not really that difficult to do. If your not sure do a practice run on a piece of scrap wood. I use a towel type material but you can use thinner material, just fold it a few times to prevent the chance of burning through. Just take your time. Apologies if you know the process already.
