Due to musical differences I've decided I can't work with myself any more.

So it looks as though Fender use it rather like the Gilmour 7-way mod; as a switch to bring on the neck pickup. That seems less useful than the HB and my version which allows cross blending of the bridge and neck. I must have something reversed on my pot lugs though because I opted for more of the blend the more numbers are added. So, 1=not much blend and 10=maximum blend. It felt logical to me!

Not really, I can't find the source or the wire anymore I did it about 15 years ago, and it doesn't have any switch as if I'm not mistaken it's present in the gilmour wire. bridge Blender only neck in 1 position Have also capacitor+resistance in parallelo to optimized high when degrees volume The blender the opposite should not be 10 / off 0 / on ? On the Fender 0max 10min (on) over 10 off On the Harley Benton 0max 9min (0n) 10 off It is possible that blender kits are sold only in the USA, I mean not pre-wired! Solution Here is why it doesn't work properly using a simple tone control (see my hb) and how to solve it without buying a dedicated one www.premierguitar.com/articles/28921-mod-garage-the-blender-7-sound-stratocasterMake it but all works ad before. I no idea Blender modification work fine When off (10) The little toc than i feel when I hit with the screwdriver on the pickup neck (pos 1) or pigkup bridge (pos 5) it can depend on the switch or on a shielding or a not perfect gnd setting, I give up I keep it like this! 😭

Last definitive update. I tried, having a pickguard, the pickups, the pots and the switch to redo another wire blender. The result does not change everything works, but as before a slight toc is felt beating, when the blend is excluded (pot tob10) on the relative pickups which should be off. At this point, since after the various manipulations, the pot used for the blend and adapted as described (see previous indications) had become too soft, I replaced it with an alpha A250k log, without adapting it. I confirm that the result is always the same. At this point I believe I can confirm that this is its normal functioning (slight touch included) and that no modification to the pot is necessary. Maybe using a native noload the problem is solved, but not having one I can only hypothesize it, moreover on the fender the problem is not there. I hope someone will want to try it since it is enough to remove the condenser if provided on tone2 and change the path of 3 wires.
