I've never seen anything like this. I'm still prowling for a nice compressor and this probably isn't it but, well as the title of this thread says, what a WEIRD pedal!
You wouldn't want to miss them Donut. I soon realised a slight flaw with this 'power supply. It is powered by a 9v transformer which doesn't come with it! So you've got to buy a 9v power supply to supply power to the 9v power supply. So it's really just a daisy chain in a box.
"What's that terrible noise?" "Well, it's either the Hoover belt needs replacing or Marc Almond's on Jools again."
I've had more of a look at this. The Overdrive 1 is actually a FullTone OCD distortion, Overdrive 2 is a TS9 tubescreamer and the compressor is a Ross Dynacomp type. All clones of course.
What I can't find is what order they are in. I'm assuming they are in the correct order of in --> compressor --> OD --> distortion --> out but not even Mosky's own site gives that information.
Confusingly, some sites say that the PSU is included and others say it isn't. I'm guessing export sales exclude the PSU.
I actually have a Mosky OCD clone and really like it. The 'Tubescreamer'? Well that will depend on how much you like tubescreamers and what sort of amp you have. But you're right Donut, it would be handy to KNOW if that compressor is at the front...not that everyone wants it there!
