I had LP copy with P90 ( this one ), that sounded like hell. Selling it was the worst idea I had - though I replaced it with my CST24-HB -. One sure thing is that I'll have again a full P90 guitar !

me wanty
How does it compare to other budget T-types like Squier. Also, I'm really undecided about those pickups.

I have the TE-40 (as well as a whole flock of other Bentons) and it acquits itself quite well compared to the Squiers. Mine has some pretty ballsy humbuckers that I enjoy a ton. The TE-40 is silly cheap (115Euro last I checked). I'm also intrigued by the two semi hollow ones. I haven't pulled the trigger on one yet but the time may come in the near future. GAS abound in these parts!

I now have the blue TE-90QM humbucker model. It arrived very early. Its a lovely guitar. I'm very pleased with it. So pleased, that I've just bought the red one with the P90's. It is on its way to me from Thomann's. I am really looking forward to it arriving. Gotta love P90's !!!
