what order would you suggest I start with. bear in mind I have never used any, just moved away from a Fender Mustang and just bought a Fender Bassbreaker 007......

I would go: Booster - Overdrive - Chorus - Delay - Reverb I would not use the American Sound with the Bassbreaker tho

My chain is primarily used for bass BTW. compressor - 2x overdrive to amp line in, chorus - flanger - tremolo - delay - reverb - noise gate through the effects send/return. The noise gate is not really necessary but since I've got one it's in the loop and sometimes useful.

I ask as the Bassbreaker is most certainly does not provide an original fender type sound... it's more like Marshall or perhaps closer to Orange ... So with the American Sound I'll get the best of both worlds .....

Just put the effects that are in the send/return loop behind the overdrive.

I think AS is used in direct recording to get the fender sound. Try and see how it sounds and report. I wonder if your amp sound will loose dynamic due to pedals like mine does. I disconnected my pedals and have now heavenly sound.

I'm loving the amp, did talk to the supplier about the mains hum and they are changing it for me as they agree with me that it should not do that. That said I'm finding some really sweet spots with it
