Due to musical differences I've decided I can't work with myself any more.

It's the surf green ones that pop out to me each time too thunderbird . That LP Special with the double P90s looks the business too. The materials used seem top rate for the money but, hmm, with that delivery charge a distributor this side of the ditch wouldn't go amiss. Is it not less for you guys? You are less than half the distance, right?

These Slick Guitars look really tempting... We even have a Distributor for Slick Guitars here in Germany!
Let´s see what nappel has to say about them:
Enjoy!

I had the Slick SL50 in white, is was cool at first but I ended selling it, I didn't like the sound of the pickups. It was well made, I loved the tuners and bridge which were probably the best part of the guitar. It stayed in tune and was well intonated and set up right out of the box. If I were to buy again I would get the strat.

I have bought GFS pickups for my strat copy and they sound amazing, I got the 59 vintage over wound and would highly recommend them. I think the missing tone knob really is what it was needing which is what I believe they added into SL51. I wasn't really disappointed selling it because I was able to buy another guitar that I love with the money. I would still recommend the guitar to people if it had the sound they were after, plus GFS' customer service is really good.
