Greetings So recently I noticed that when I play the 5th fret hi E or the 10th fret B and sustain the note it sort of starts to scream a bit like a harmonic as it fades. Adding vibrato helps bring it out. I know it's not feedback because I'm playing at very low volume and with earphones. Any ideas what it could be? It's no problem, I'm just curious. There are no pedals in the signal chain, just the guitar at max vol and tone, either bridge or neck pickup, into a HB40R overdrive channel with max gain \m/ Also this is my first time on the forum

I think this is what's happening. There is very little space at all there. I know my action is low anyway, because on all the strings when I press on the first and 22nd fret there is no give at all at the 12th fret.

OR and thats most of the times the problem...give the raised frets a little knock with a hammer (put a towel on the fret). still problems?
