Yes mine shares the same problem but I've rounded a thin soft metal wire in the two screws and now you don't see nothing. Mine arrived some months ago with a medium action 2.30mm but with a 4 or 5 buzzes and one very hard to resolve but after this relivelling and with changing of the nut and trussrod setup (I also I've changed the tuner machine with Kluson Black surface that I like with the black of the pickguard) the action now is 1.50 mm, the intonation is perfect very good and I really love this guitar and this model.

At the end I stayed with the guitar, I accepted Thoman's compensation, and I used it to buy one some smaller size tuners, which will be easier to operate. I'm going to replace the originals that are a bit hard. I polished the frets and I remembered the fret 13 at the end, lowering its height, so I can have a low action, and not have the defect that I appreciated to turn off the sound in the bendings on the high strings below those frets, and thus avoiding having to put a wedge to change a little the angle of the mast to correct this. I also proceeded to modify the height of the polar parts of the pickups, leaving the two poles of each rope at the same height, for this I used the TV Jones recommendations for their Fitertrón, as well as the height. (I leave both documents in case someone interested in doing so). It gains in a lot of sound quality as the pickups originaly came. I have also countersunk the screws with a dremel and I have put a long spring that supports the wood and the bottom of the deck (a normal spring humbucker) and so I have better height adjustment than just the foam that I was wearing factory. I changed the strings, adjusted the intonation, perfect again. I played with it for an hour, I like the sound, and I appreciated that the volume knob stays very close to my hand, you have to get used to it, but it also allows swell easily, so I made the cow several times and I had a beer to relax at the end.
