Welcome to the forum kptz Late to the party here, but I have both the 550 (over 2yrs owned) and 450+ (nearly 2yrs owned). Necks are super stable. Do you have the Rosewood version? Or the new Blackwood and Roseacer? Wonder how these new woods are behaving over longer time. I think I got both before the rosewood ban, but who knows with Thomann. My HB CST has roseacer and is no worse now than it was when I received it (see video).

One option could be the DC-Custom, excellent guitar!!
I have both the CST-24 and the DC-Custom, both great instruments, but the "SG" has become my go to guitar! For the record i own a single cut PRS SE as well..

I never got that Forrest Gump quote. Unlike Harley Bentons, there is usually a clear diagram under the lid of a box of chocolates with an illustrated drawing of each chocolate and its specs. . Not once have I been surprised by a chocolate. A Nut Cluster is always a Nut Cluster. Sadly some Harley Bentons can be Nut Clusters too. One of the movies I've never seen that everbody in the world apart from me seems to have watched at some point. The other is 'Back to the Future' (all of them).

It is a fabulous film saltee. I, on the other hand, am one of those people who, just like the radio programme, never watched Star Wars. Or rather did, but not all the way through. Or Harry Potter. That makes two of us DefJef - can't see the attraction of either series of films. Back to the Future is class though! Toy Story is the only film that had sequels that were just as good or better...

I guess it's ironic in a strange way that I'll have to go back to the past to watch back to the future....

Beware dodger. There's another Toy Story coming. What if it's awful! Ah no Tom Hanks is a safe pair of hands. He been in some clunkers though! Can't be bad with the same team surely DefJef? Tom Hanks has won more oscars than anyone for playing himself it seems. Robin Williams deserved a lot more accolades imo...

I like RW in his 'straight' roles - Awakenings with DeNiro and outstanding in Good Will hunting and Patch Adams. And superb in Mrs Doubtfire and as the genie in Alladin. He ad libbed loads of stuff not in the scipt too. I get your point like Carrey he overracted his comedy roles but us celts and brits are more used to understated and alternative comedy

I suggest you watch the 7th film (Part 1 of the Deathly Hallows). The whole theme of that film is pretty dark-ish and it has some pretty good scenes. But not much goes plot-wise.

For the record i own a single cut PRS SE as well.. I had a Vintage (brand) SG a long time ago. Pre-Wilkinson Vintage. I regret selling that guitar to this day. It was the darkest guitar I'v ever heard. 1pc body aswell. It was amazing for the 100€ i payed for it. Anyway, u had me GAS'sing hard for an SG now. That DC-Custom doesn't look like a normal SG tho, does it? The neck joint seems just wrong.

Adams Apple is one of my absolute favourites. Highly recommended also from me! I will look if I can get access to the other movie here in Germany.
