make it satin! its very easy to do. dont now the english word but i use sandpaper-foam to finish my guitars satin and did it to some high gloss necks and even whole guitars.

maybe interesting for some people here too.... Someone on facebook asked about the neck size compared to a "thin U" neck on a ESP guitar. i promised to measure it and compare it with my tools. the results are...the EX84 got a thin U neck just slightly thicker. i always loved my ESP neck and now i know why i also like the EX84 neck. will compare to other HBs too.

Hm, I don´t know if I got the skill to do that. But I could ask a friend of mine. But I planned on putting some diamond plate on it, in satin black. We will see...
EDIT: Ok, it seems I´ve waited too long, the EX-84 (and FV-430!) isn´t available on the german page...
