Also to add; DHL passed by my home today and collected the package. Cool stuff but I don't mind bringing the package to my local post office.

I can heartily recommend the Digitech Nautila digitech.com/en/products/nautilaI have one, I think it’s ace, chorus or flanger. If you turn the mix all the way on on most chorus units they are Vibrato units.

I have a feeling Strymon is overrated. I seriously doubt it is any better than my fantastic sounding Mooer Twin Reecho Pro. I really disliked the screen on this Line6. Turning knobs and looking at the bloody screen! Must stay away from such! Need basic stomp box knobs and no screen! One thing I did find out thanks to my Mooer Reecho; I really enjoy playing the delay/Modulation option which basically is a Chorus added to the Delay of your choosing. I MUST get me self a good Chorus pedal! Eyeing the TC Corona or maybe the TC Dreamscape which besides Chorus has Flanger and Vibe. Well like I say I am not really a pedal person and think they are all over-rated but with the Strymons, seriously overpriced too! Pedals can be fun though and inspire one to be a little more creative. The thing with pedals for me is they take so much of the natural sound (yes on electric, I know) away but maybe that is what we are asking them to do anyway. Other than that they sit on the floor and get in the way. That box you returned had many features. Shame you and it did not get along.

I MUST get me self a good Chorus pedal! Eyeing the TC Corona or maybe the TC Dreamscape which besides Chorus has Flanger and Vibe. I've got a TC Corona mini and in the end I don't like the sound with whatever toneprint I use, It's not really bad but it somehow always sounds digital and missing a soul. I have tried quiet a few chorus pedals but always come back to my Boss CE-5 as my main choice. This one comes closest to my first ever chorus pedal (Boss CE-2), I guess this is the sound grew up with and what I'm always looking for in a chorus.

I see both CE-2 and CE-5 second hand! I'm worried about the Boss "buffered "tone"

The CE-2 is too expensive but the CE-5 is very affordable. will see if the guy will sell it for what I offer. I like the fact is has the high and low pass filter (very useful on my Mooer Reecho Pro delay)

blablas what say you to this Valeton CH-10 Analog Chorus which is based on Boss CH-2 (is using the same MN3007 chip). Has VERY good reviews on Thomann!

Can't say much about this chorus, it's blue and has two knobs just as the CE-2. In the video and sound samples at Thomann it sounds a bit thin. Here it sounds better but I can't tell how close it really is to the CE-2, it's long time ago I owned it.

Yeah, I agree that each demo of Boss chorus , even the CH-1, sound warm and full in comparison to any other out there. There is a Boss CH-1 on the market and is in my price range.

If it's in your price range (not meant to criticize you!) there must be something wrong with it, on eBay the asking price is between 450 to 700 euro's!

My bad! I was checking CE-1's and CE-2's after our talk yesterday and just assumed you meant the CE-1. Found a nice bass demo comparison between the CH-1 and the CE-5.

Seems CE-5 is more subtle not as "hard" sounding which is what Im after as I REALLY dislike exaggerated chorus sound! I will start a new thread for Chorus pedals so join me there
