Hi guys, I'm thinking of buying this guitar and putting this trem on it: www.thomann.de/gb/schaller_tremolo_scdc_c.htmI've called Thomann multiple times and they've been a bit useless with getting back to me via email.. been waiting for over 2 weeks. Can anyone definitely confirm the bridge width for me?

the spacing of the studs is 82mm axe to axe, so no you can't use this trem on this guitar unless you use something like the famous horseshoe that allow to set up a Bigsby without drilling new holes.
Another option is to ... drill 74.5 mm spaced holes BEHIND the actual bridge and replace the wraparound by a ToM ... but well, if you want a trem, take a CST24T, or a Epiphone Wildkat.
Anyway, if you really want to add a trem on this guitar, I think a Bigsby B70 will fit much better
keep me up to date if you find a better bridge, not that the actual is crap, but I believe this guitar deserve something better, though I just want a better wraparound. I recently went back on its pups set up, and changed the PAF like to re-try the Duesenberg set ( Domino N + Crunchbucker B ) I had previously replaced. After some adjustments made thanks to a friend's advices : OMG ! the middle position of this guitar sounds even better than a authentic PRS made in US ! So my friend immediately bought is own CST24-HB and then uses to play it professionaly on a weekly basis. He geared it up with a pair of P94 of unknown origin ( Bare Knuckles I guess, but I'm not sure ).... it sounds different than mine but very good too.
And also, thanks to this, I can tell you that there is no sound ( unplugged ), quality, nor visual difference between the older ones made in China and the actual ones made in Vietnam. Appart from the pups that were Wilkinson and then Roswel, and the fingerboard wood
