Happy four you man. Personally I would say its good that it arrived in tune. Possibly a sign it got some QC. I'm really happy. I got a good one. Totally worth the money and more. There's no way a PRS-SE is 3 times better than this. Any difference in tone and playability is probably minimal. Now I'm thinking how nice this would have been if I snagged one of the CST-24's with the special veneers. Hmmm....

I have thought similar to that on occasion but you go for what takes your eye at the time. 😊 Blue has never been a favourite colour of mine yet I have ended up with a blue guitar and a blue speaker cab. Similarly I was not a lover of sunburst but ended up buying one and I love it!

So just out of curiosity ... when you order 3 guitars at a time to save on shipping, do they put it all into a single shipping container? That's gonna get a bit heavy, no? There's no way the mailman can carry that. I got 2 together in one package, tbh I don't know what they do for 3?

I suspect they put three in the same big box. Ask them.

There's no way the mailman can carry that. Indeed, I have received 3 HB guitars in one big box but its not much bigger. In case of 3 guitars the outside of 2 guitars will not be padded/protected.!

Two package but no is a rule not sure what you mean by this? Simply that in my purchases I have never received 2 guitars in the same box, at most guitar and case in the same box, but that this is not a fixed rule, in fact I also received guitar and cases in 2 separate boxes.

Thank you. This is actually my primary concern. Not having the outer two guitars protected is an issue for me. I think I'm not going to risk shipping damage to two guitars to save $30 each on shipping. I'll order one at a time. Gracias.

I got 1 electric, 1 acoustic, 2 padded gig bags, half a dozen sets of strings and a fair amount of accessories. All in 1 box, no damage due to a ton of that airbag ****. I think its weight the must go on. I've also seen US videos of people reviewing HB guitars, saying they ordered 2 guitars with a pal to save on shipping.

Maybe I'll order two at a time to help save on shipping ... and two guitars in the box should still come well padded. I just worry about three guitars in the box where the two outer guitars are unprotected. That's not worth saving the shipping on. I'm gonna order in about two and a half weeks. Extreme 84 and one more. Maybe the SC-450Plus.

I would think Thomann know the drill as far as shipping to both Europe, Asia and the US. I can't honestly see them skimping on packing with the amount of gear they ship. I can understand your concerns eddie but I would think a 1 guitar package stands as much chance of getting damaged. All depends on the handlers, it's always a possible gamble. Thomann don't want damage and returns, that eats profit. 😊

Even one guitar is padded only one large side of the package (if this makes sense) I have ordered MANY guitars from Thomann and Im yet to see them package from all 4 sides (6 sides really). Most of the times guitar is placed into the box and then padding on top of it and on one large side, so you get 2 unprotected sides. I hope my explanation makes sense. But I have seen very damaged boxes from Thomann reaching USA and still nothing happened to the guitars (check some YT vids on Harley Benton + USA + unboxing)
