Hi, I was just wondering have any CST24T owners fitted AXETEC MH315 (3 a side) locking tuners to their guitar?
If so, did the screw hole for the little retaining wood screw at the back of the headstock align correctly or did you have to fill the existing holes and re-drill to fit. (I'm not talking about the hole through the headstock for the peg, but the wee wood screw hole at the rear of each tuner)
Any of you do this mod?

Hi There, I replaced the stock CST24 tuners with unbranded locking tuners from Amazon. It was surprising to see how big of an impact it had on overall tuning stability. I had a look at the AXETEC web site. Seems that as long as you go with the 45 Lug ( 45 Degree ) version you should be good and no woodwork will be required. The unbranded tuners I used were with the same angle spec. Hope it helps. Cheers.
