I've found this model in a pawn shop here in my country and I'd like to know which series is this. It must be a really early model since the headstock is F's like. If anybody knows if this is any good, let me know... I'm looking for a cheap strat to mod.
Thanks!

Truthfully Vincent if I saw that in a pawn shop strung like that. I would probably give it a swerve, it may be perfectly ok but I would worry how its been treated.

Im surprised that nut at the low E string is still holding and didnt break off from all that tension! Must be some extra strong plastic!

lol
Thanks Che for the info.
To be honest the guitar price is 60€ atm so I've been thinking about buying it and change trem and tuners (only if needed), I got a strat pickups set laying around and would like to try some mods.

It could be an old MS-15. I don't know how they compared to the present ST-20. The missing string hints at little use. Someone's only guitar who never really got into it enough to have a spare set past the one they once clumsily replaced.
