They are exactly 9mm on my L-450Plus tuners (previous model but should be same) meaning the holes will be 8mm.

The ones in your pic above I call "modern" tuners and they will need a 10mm hole. The ones in my pic are "vintage" tunerswithout that large screw one can see in your pic above.

I would suggest you get vintage tuners that require 8mm holes unless you are very handy and you have that table drill for exact drilling.

I changed mine to Harkey Benton tuners. But the stock tuners held tune well for over a year. I never change tuners on my Harley Benton guitars. Only when they stop working to I change. Not sure why people go on and on about immediately changing tuners on Harley Benton guitars.
Btw, those Harley Benton tuners work really well. You can buy them on Thomann (they are not the same as the ones on their guitars).

8,5mm will be fine. You can use those.

You can get Wilkinsons WJ 44, or any other vintage kluson style tunners. For modern type tunners you would need to enlarge holes which I don't recomend doing without a realy good reason. I used Gotoh SD90 tunning keys and they fits nicely and works great.
