Hello, All. New member here.
Glad I found this forum, and Harley Benton instruments. I searched and didn't find anything specifically addressing this topic, so thought I'd ask:
Anyone know if the pickups of the Fusion II HSH's (specifically the Harley Benton Fusion-II HSH MN FBB) have been updated from the Fusion I iteration? Most reviews of the HSH-configured Fusion I's were very critical of those pickups. Were they really that bad? I see Thomann listened and then corrected the "string tension bar" issue, hence the question.
I've ordered the Fusion-II HH EB OCT, with a current status of "backorder". Just one more week though! Since I still have shipping cost bandwidth available to the USA, I guess I could still add the HSH to the order without incurring additional shipping charges.
Thanks in advance for your input.

I don't know but haven't heard of any change in the pick-ups for the new Fusion models. They are still listed as the same Roswell HAF humbuckers which are also in the CST-24.
I don't think these pick-up were ever bad, they have more high end than others and it seems to annoy some. I must add that I never played them in any form, though. I only heard them in demos.
