Good evening, after the first wave of enthusiasm, as a boy I always dreamed of an "eko ranger" and rightly so (see j.page or M. Rutherford), things have changed a bit, not so much for the consideration on the construction of the tool, but for the Eko service which, like many others, proved to be inexperienced and superficial. In my case the questions were about simple things, like: "what does the number behind the paddle mean in the serial?" or a complaint about tarnished strings. Well Eko replies that that number is the serial. False just look at the photo and there are je are others. For the strings the dealer replies "evidently Eko mounts bad strings", Eko instead says go to the dealer, the usual game between cat and mouse. Just to give him credit at least when he deserves it Thomann on a pair of HB's at my request sent a set for free. It is certainly a trivial thing and we know that the original equipment ones are cheap but oxidized is not good anyway. Maybe I'm exaggerating but because this lightness on these things is part of modern times or our illusion of making everything to a single people just to increase earnings, then if the final product is a **** what's the problem today we sell iphone 12 without charger and without headphones because it is ecological, but few know that they will never be able to do without the official service because internally there is a new devilry that does not allow the replacement of a component even if original to an unofficial service .... I regret when you used the phone booth ... sorry for the outburst! Update: the number on the back no Is a serial number but i don't know what is this ! This Is Always the sale 201904 (as mine) but those guitars are different ! n.b. others eko model as s100 s300 s350 have a San on the back
