I don't own one, but if I needed a lowish powered tube amp at an exceptionally good price then the HB Tube 15 looks to be a very good deal. It is, apparently, much the same amp as a Monoprice, Stage Right 15w, and is said to have the same circuit board as the Laney Cub 12R. (The 12 in the Laney refers to the 12" speaker not the wattage). There are a few small differences, the Laney has a Digital reverb, the Monoprice and HB have a spring reverb. On the HB/monoprice the low power mode is enabled by a push button switch, whereas the Laney has a low power input socket (that operates also as a switch) Looking at the schematics (if it truly is a laney clone) then the low power mode seems to be a preset master volume attenuator, there is no Master volume pot control though. Another thing to notice in the Schematics is that the pre-amp is almost a dead copy of a Marshall JCM800 preamp. My only reluctance to buy one would be the circuit board, which is PCB and mostly Surface mount components. Whilst it should be quite reliable, any faults might be difficult to repair. It sounds quite a beast, see this youtube demo by Rob Chapman. Rob Chapman HB tube 15w demo

Watching the video again, I notice Rob Chapman states it's an 'All-valve' amp. Where it matters it is, but the fx loop, reverb, line out are driven by solid state op-amps (if the schematics are correct) and this would be much the same as the Laney cub12R and the very similar Laney LC15. I wouldn't have a problem with that, but some might quibble and say it's not all-valve. I did say it didn't have a master volume, but it does have a volume control, which comes before the fx-loop, reverb etc and the phase inverter, so it is post preamp but before the loop etc and the power amp. It does offer some form of overall preamp level control.
It does look to be a very fun amp, at such an affordable price.
Edit: Not sure if it has a line out, might be another minor change to the other amps, or not.
