I replaced the stock Hardtail with a heavier Wilkinson Hardtail On the CST 24 and I was wondering how do Intonate this thing. I tried to get it to look exactly like the stock hardtail , since they basically look exactly the same just the Wilkinson as much heavier. I used to Allen wrench and adjusted the middle part and slid it around until it looked like it matched the Stock bridge. And also adjusted the two tiny little screws to match up with the stock bridge. Obviously this is not the way to do it. I haven’t strung it up yet and tuned it so we will see how far its off anyway yeah if anyone can let me know how to properly set it up that would be awesome. Really appreciate it

I normally set intonation of the body by adjusting the two screws that push against the posts. Intonate low E and high e, then see where everything else ends up. bear in mind that small changes on the low E side will effect high e side a very little amount and vice versa. If you start with the High an Low e saddles in a similar position relative to the posts as on the original bridge you shouldn't be far off (assuming it was correctly intonated before).
Apart from a cheap bridge i got for peanuts, intonation was spot-on with all my other fixed wraparound bridges (7). Stringing up is pretty much the only way to find out the intonation of the guitar
