One of the other guitars I play is a B.C. Rich Mockingbird, NJ series (Nagoya Japan), I found on the pawn shop wall in 1986. 150 clams as I recall. Until then, my playing was all acoustic, mostly 12-string. Over the years, the Rich stayed mostly cased because the sound was horrible but I could not part with it. January of '23 had me wanting to get back to it and I did all of the tweaks a Tech would have done. No wonder the previous owner ditched it as it was. Ernie Ball Cobalt strings and this axe is a beast. Played through a vintage 80's Peavey Backstage Plus 35 watt amp. Life is good.
