Hi guys, first poster here. Anyone knows the values and taper of the pots in the 25th anniversary strat type guitar with the hot rail humbucker? Any wiring diagram available? The reason is that I would like to modify it to be able to change the bridge pickup tone using the second tone potentiometer, and also to make the Gilmour mod, which is to use a switch to connect both neck and bridge pickups together. I thought that I could buy another potentiometer with an integrated push-pull switch, the same as the volume pot. I also want to move the split coil switch to one of the tone pots, as it currently interferes with my playing. Thanks in advance.

Well, it seems no one knows, so I have decided to have a look inside as I am going to change strings from 0.10 to 0.09, also do a couple mods to it, and I am glad I did. Here you can download a zip file with some pictures. What I found is not very good. The person that soldered the electronics need a bit more practice. Terrible soldering. Not very good Harley Benton, you can do better than this. have a look at the orange wire from the middle pickup solder on the selector. Only half of the strands are soldered to the lug, and the other half is nearly touching the lug from the neck pickup. With time that wire would break, or short both pickups. Perhaps mine was made on a Monday, who knows.
