Hello everyone! I´m a long time Harley Benton fan, had lots of the guitars from the brand. Now I have been thinking of how do the older Harleys compare to modern ones quality wise. What I am about to do is buy a LP style guitar. There is one black SC500 available, it has the older logo on the headstock and older headstock shape. Have no idea how old it is, apparently played sparingly over the years but are the old ones bad? I can setup and repair guitars, but don´t want a stud in my hands if you know what I mean. It would have to be bought without seeing it, with a hard case. Looks good though...

No real uprise quality wise, for middle and lower prices, but they regulary issue new models with higher specs.
On another hand, the quality is more consistant, aka time passing you have less chances to get a lemon, and the guitars are better finished and always well set up at unboxing
