There's been a spate of folk buying PB-50's and this week a couple of them posted pictures of they're mods. First here's bubueye from Germany with his stripped 50,no idea of the pickup swap and he admits the thumb rest is in the wrong place but naked Basswood in it's glory. Strung with flats and she's been gigged. Result

Seems you can only do 3 photos so here's next one. Mark Smith's PB-50. Another fan of the Tele headstock, mods were re-stain the neck with nitro, paint the scratchplate gold, swap the bridge for the Wilkinson with brass saddles and string with La Bella flats. Mark's also done a nice soundclip soundcloud.com/mark-smith-908669702/hb-audio-2

My own meager offering with Peavey Super Ferrite. It was going to be either a toaster or a mudbucker but I snapped the wires on the toaster SF was going spare and the right size Strung with Thomastik TI's. Anyone noticed a pattern emerging here.

Is it 9 because its the only number that is not just divisible 1 and its self. Is it a prime number they call it. The bassist in me says its odd because its a single digit. There ya go two reasons!! Any of em correct?

For all you mathematicians and problem solvers... cany you tell me which of the following numbers is the odd one out, and why? 9, 11, 29, 37 The suspense has gone on too long... The odd one out is 29. That is because number 29 comes with noodles and the rest all come with fried rice.
