I've already highlighted my love for the Yamaha Revstar look. I also adore the Fano concept. Take one guitar shape and naughtily bolt on the characteristics of another. It's a great game to play spotting the influences. They are far too expensive and anyone fancying building their own versions could have a great time using old pawn shop pieces cobbled together. Here are two of my favourites:

Not really. I would rather have Reverend guitars instead. LINK

Not really. I would rather have Reverend guitars instead. LINKI don't mind this one, though the pickguard and horns look a bit school woodwork lesson: Probably sounds pretty sweet. Not sure about the others, they sometimes seem a bit 'off'. Not much of a fan of the wibbly wobbly headstock. Same with Fret Kings (but they always throuw in the trying-too-hard wibbly wobbly scratchplate too!).

I love the wobbly headstock That one looks real nice but would be nicer with P90's for me

You're total P90 convert now aren't you? I've just done a 3 hour rehearsal with my cheapo tele knock off and really appreciate the tones that a standard tele setup gives me. Especially the neck pickup. Ever tried one?

So far my P90 tele sounds the best with me new Bugera. The clarity and silkey like tone is just awesome.
I never played a regular Tele though.

Almost forgot to mention; I too use the neck P90 more often than the bridge.

Speaking of using neck pickups, I love the sound of the neck pup on my BigTone too!
