Now that you officially introduced yourself, tell us more about that great bass you have there!!
As papache says, we don't see that one around here often, as it is still pretty new.

If you are a creative person and like to solve problems, go ahead and buy it. If you want a perfect bass out of the box, leave it alone.
The tone and preamp alone make it worth it for me, but, It has some neck issues, the tuners are "not the best in the world", adjusting the neck is a total nightmare, sharp fret edges and some other minor stuff.
Again, easy to fix, if you want to, the tone is killer, but it is far from perfect.

Sounds like it's right up @blasblas alley!
I, too, don't mind fixing and tweaking my instruments. It's going to be a while before I can buy one, anyway, so by that time they might have worked out the issues.
What issues are you having with the neck?

If only they made it left handed. And even than, I don't know if I would buy one, I've already got three lefty state of the art (DIY) fanned-fret basses.

Oh the problems are solved now, I shimmed the neck, and released some of the pressure caused by the overtightened neck-screws. They were so tight it was impossible to adjust the neck without getting a bend and a twist at the 13th fret (where the first screw is).: For the rest I did some fret work, and filed down the string slots in the bridge for the B and the E string. String slots weren't wide enough. That's it for today.
