I think its nice to have a fine tube amp and a few fine sounding pedals but at times I find plugging into a multi processor unit inspiering because last night I played some high gain setting and I have no high gain amps so it nice to have that at times. Same is for a auto wah or other vibro fx etc ... I find a multi fx box useful for learning about tone and "testing stuff" out. That said so far I have not had any good Fuzz tones from these multi effects

I've been sniffing around and the Boss Katana may be the one. I downloaded the software and it's simple & clean and I like the fact the effects are named after the original boxes. Really nice blues tones available too.

Boss Katana has a great spec alright and it has a 12 inch speaker. Boss/Roland have as good a pedigree in modelling and amp design as anyone.

Due to musical differences I've decided I can't work with myself any more.

You can turn it off when connected to a 'puter Banana and I did it once when I could be bothered. But it didn't save the setting. And that ISF knob is a hopeless waste of good eq space. That's one pedal that should go in front of this amp.
