Hey! I just got the CST-24 HB a month ago and I'm very impressed. I do however have a sitar like sound from the bridge, which appears to be tilting forward a bit. I was looking at replacements and found the Gotoh 510UB, which seems to be out of stock everywhere, and the Wilkinson bridge. Does anyone have any experience with either or perhaps other suggestions? I'll also replace the pickups, not because they are bad, they are actually pretty good but I have something else in mind for it Thanks!

Hello! Why don't you check out these? I think it should be ok as a bridge replacement, good quality as well. You should also check the pickups they are offering.

I totaly agree to your idea !
I owned a CST 24HB last and would still own it if I had not had an opportunity to replace it with two other guitars !
And my feeling was excatly the same as yours : the bridge ca be replaced with gain. Same for the pups, imho, a set of alnicoII B / alnicoIV N would make it a killer, or even a pair of PAF type Alnico V according if you prefer vintage or more modern feeling.
Al V will get you a sweet spot on modern rock and fusion, whereas II/IV will go more for classic blues and rock. But anyway, you will have a jack of all trades, always sounding right. Add pushpull splits and you'll open even more its capabilities

I don't know if it matters much or what the tolerances are but the post distance is .3mm off compared to the Wilkinson. The pickups I have in mind for it are the Creamery Baby '71 Wide Range humbuckers.

I want to change the trem system in my affinity strat, but I found that these ones are cheaper than a wilkinson one (23 pound vs 50ish pound). If there difference isn't that much, then I might take them...will save a lot of money for other stuff PS: oh nevermind...they don't ship to Morocco
