So today I changed my strings, a new set of hb 9s... all good, I got nosey and decided to take off the humbuckers and look around, clearly the cavitys are shielded, going by the ground wire I see in the rear pickup position and testing with a meter, the continuity throughout, I was disappointed to see extra holes around pickup mounting rings, clearly they couldn't decide the final position?!?! sigh...... i plan I'm the near future to change the saddles for roller saddles, and to file out the string path from ferrules to bridge as the strings have a hard bend to saddles from the rear and clearly it isn't a smooth one and no doubt will hinder the path of the strings and the ability to move when bending etc... there seems to be a lot of wood contact on the thinner strings past the bridge to the ferrules.... hmmmm rat tail files will get used at last! i don't know how to post pics of what I found....sorry!

Due to musical differences I've decided I can't work with myself any more.
