I'm afraid I haven't come across any yet. As it was only released this month, I don't think there are many out there in the wild yet.

Hi, i made a quick soundclip (improvisation on a drumloop ,PB pickup only tone 90% Open) strings remplaced by Dean Markley Blue steel (medium) plastic nut remplaced by bone nut (handmade by myself) The record is made by taking the outpout signal of the effect loop off my Hartke 35 Watts ,input directly in the audio chipset of the computer (no sound card) you get the version with no effects soundcloud.com/user892708797/hb-pj_75-ow-vintage-13-10-2017-sans-effetsand the one with VST effects (compressor, noise supressor,a little reverb, equalizer) soundcloud.com/user892708797/hb-otw-01-13-10-2017-effetsMy first impression:the finish is not very good (the board of the fretboard is damaged (see picture) The fretboard was very very dirty (2 hours of cleaning with iron straw) after the cleaning it's look not so bad others pictures The pickguard was not well adjustate (i had to sand it) not a big deal The neck /body junction is not very well done The finish of the JNA 75 is much better The bass is noisy in recording (not sheilded ,only a little aluminium scotch on the pickguard) I had to sand a fret who was buzzing on only one string (too high only on a little spot)

Thanks for the review beastouk , shame to see more QC issues DefJef , if you want the P and J pickup to balance, I would recommend buying a PJ set. It is possible to get lucky (or do trial and error) and match the current P, but a known set makes it easier. I am a fan of having a humbucking J to go along with the P, it sounds more "even" to my ears (and blends better).

Three pickups should do it! If you are set on adding the J pickup, then the best option is to route out the cavity and then try the ones you have already. You may get lucky and love the outcome. If not, then you have already done the hard work, so swap 'em about until you reach tone exstacy!

To be honest, on a PJ I feel that the 60s vs 70s position is not of as much relevance as the scoop is not as pronounced (especially when using a humbucking J).
I would vote for slightly closer to the bridge, as it gives you a bit of extra treble that can blend nicely with the P. But again, the difference is minimal and it is all down to personal preference.
