Hello everyone I didn't see this mentioned in any of the reviews, and I think I watched them all, so I'm guessing / hoping everything is OK. But better safe then sorry.
1. How is the action? I'm used to Ibanez low shredy action, would action on CST-24T be a shock for my puny fingers? For reference Ibanez action is 1.5mm on treble side and 2.0 mm on bass side, measured on 14th fret.
2. How is the sustain? Everything OK there?
3. How are the frets holding on? This is a guitar that's been in sale for a couple of years now. Are the frets OK? Just checking to make sure they're not made of some inferior material and will need to be changed in 6 months.
Thanks in advance!

Well my one, which I bought from Ebay, is fine in all departments. Apparently it was professionally set up by the original owner.
However, the bridge is something I do have a bit of a problem with. The saddle blocks are raised about as high as they can go and the string height is about 1.5mm on the high E and just over 2mm on the low E at the 12th fret. Personally I like the strings slightly higher but it can't be adjusted any more. If I remember correctly, the Thomann web site shows the same raised saddles on their pics. Therefore I can say the string height can be lowered but not raised, which is what you're after.
The sustain is great because of the Wilkinson steel block in the tremelo, and the frets seem to be wearing well as well.
But bear in mind, that from what I read on forums etc., there seems to be a difference in quality even the same model guitar, depending when bought, so please don't take just my word for it!

CST handles low action like a champ. For higher action, either truss rod adjustment or raising the saddles would be needed I suppose. Sustain seems to be pretty good, frets are okay as well. Bought mine from eBay and used it myself for 8-ish months, no problems with frets except that someone (either me or previous owner ) leveled the frets without crowning them, so they were kinda flat, but that's user error.

Yes. CST-24(T) - solid body with either trem or wraparound bridge.
CST-24 HB - semi-hollow body with wraparound bridge. Different pickups (and neck profile if I remember right).
