Interesting find Martin but you're right, they don't exactly set the soul on fire. They're going to be hard pressed to break the market with these uninspired misshapes. Some of them remind me of those cheap Jap copies from the seventies. I think you picked the best of the bunch but even then, ho-hum. Maybe this? Edinburgh or Glasgow? The old conundrum.  |

I’m trying to find a budget hardtail Strat with roughly correct dimensions but all I’ve turned up is the hardtail bullet strat.

Yeah, I was thinking of putting either Lace Sensors or the DiMarzio Billy Corgan set in. Possibly changing the bridge and all the wiring/pots etc...
