I have pulled the trigger after researching for decades! Ordered tonight! Why this reverb after talking about the TC HoF so much you might ask well, I like "what you see is what you get" pedals rather than hooking up on the Apps and Net and what not. Also this price is what I can pay most for a very good reverb that can go from subtle verb to utterly drenched! This one seems to do all of the stuff I can imagine and it has some extra things like Dry Kill switch in case I want it in the FX Loop. Or one can keep the dry signal and go straight into the front end of the amp. Will post more once I get it!

I think they were designing this one using Strymon pedal as the model. I care little about space as I will never have too many pedals I honestly hope this one is a keeper and source of inspiration.

Sounds very good. I really like the sound of the 'special' shimmery reverb option although I suspect you will get more use out of the Hall or Room options.

Will try to master swelling with this pedal as it has a very good synth tone on the max shimmer verb! There is a bank holiday in Denmark this friday and Saturday and Sunday we get no post in the country side. Should be here by Monday though ... (I need to fix my 400 square meter kitchen garden this weekend anyway)

My Marine Layer Reverb arrived this morning! As you can see in this photo the indicator light is very strong. So far this reverb seems to be more designed for the drenched and swell stuff rather than "always on" reverb. Im yet to find a good setting that will be my always on. The Layer knob needs to be very much cranked to be able to hear it under or beside your guitar. Nice thing is this reverb does not color your dry signal but only introduces new wet signal under your dry one! Its pitty it doesnt have one knob for wet and one for dry so to drop the dry signal behind the wet one. The Dry Kill does not work with my FX Loop! Its because Bugera has a Loop in Series! This dry kill only works with fx loops which are in parallel! But it sounds good , much more pronounced when in fx loop than in the front of the amp (which also sounds fine just slightly subdued, slightly less present). My Mooer Twin Reecho sounds bad when the Marine is in the fx loop, not so when in front of the amp. Im not sure how well does this Reverb pedal take other digital pedals! Will have to do some more tests and have it BEHIND the Digitech RP225. I tried to only have the OD > American Sound > Amp (Marine Layer into fx loop) and the sounds was not nice. I just cant make this American Sound sound good Was hoping this reverb will make it stand out more but nah! Im stuck with my Bassman 59 sim on the RP225 which sounds awesome into Bugera V55. More to come once I get it through my fingers!

Pedal order is sometimes to personal taste. I know that there is a recommended signal chain but I prefer my wah after my drives/dirt etc... maybe because it’s a Morley?

I agree, all comes down to personal taste. I found some useful settings for always On. This one is a keeper as it has useful options which are under my fingers. Very intuitive pedal. One can memorize in short time what is where and how much one needs to tweak on that particular reverb option. One minus is that the pedal stops trails if you switch from one reverb to the other (say from Hall to Room). Its as they are completely separate circuits or somtn' You choose the reverb you want and change it for the next song I guess (even when you switch off the pedal the trails will stop if you try to flip to another reverb)

I've never been too satisfied with running pedals into the American Sound (or stacking gain pedals in general). An EQ pedal might be what you need instead.
Lots of lights on that Fender pedal...it looks good with the blue leds on the knobs. Is it a lot bigger than a regular pedal though? It's hard to tell from the photo (I'm not sure if the green NUx pedal is the usual BOSS sized pedal or if its smaller than that).

The processor cannot run two algorithms on two separate data streams concurrently.
