Here is a pic of my 450 with a Deusenberg trem system.I bought the guitar second hand a few weeks ago for 130€.It was bought new in january. The tuner screw holes needed redrilling and positioning correctly-done.I had the frets dressed for 50€.I waxed and carboned the nut.Now I can play my instrumental surf/shadows repertoire with ease.Dive bombing is not permitted otherwise a locking tuner system is required. The tremolo is as sensitive as any locking tremolo system of well noted brands. Nice one, look a very nice guitar. 👍

I have one too and use it with a roller bridge. I bought a Wilkinson rip-off from China on ebay for about three euros and it performs well but it is a bit chunky looking so then I bought a TOM type with roller saddles. Cost me more and I think that one came from America but it works very well also. I lubricate the cams from time to time and all is golden. Thing about roller saddles is they don't usually spin with each string when you use the arm. The unwound G saddle yes maybe but the B and the E no. The strings just ride over the top of them. Depends on build quality, string gague and set up I suppose.
Another great thing about the Les Trem II is the mod is totally reversable with no damage to the guitar and if the wiggle-bar is not set very high it all goes straight into the case and you can close the lid. I think some people are put off installing this stuff on their guitars in case it changes the tone or loses sustain. No noticeable difference for me but I do not have bat's ears. It is nice to have something that just works without feeling you have made compromises. Good one, George.
