There's always the Peavey ReValver4 route. Either the full producer package or the free download and then add the components you want.

On the basic package I have you get 15 amp sims including Fender blackface and tweeds Marshall Plexis Vox AC30s Matchless30 and a 67 Dumble to name a few. You can also make your own custom amps in Bias like swapping out tubes and rectifiers etc but I've never found the need to. The Dumble and Matchless are probably my favourites but they all sound pretty decent for home use. You also get a ton of effects and can upgrade for more but I get by quite happily on the basic package. I use it on iPad and think it cost me about £10 for BiasFX and Bias Amp. The PC version is supposed to be better though I never tried it so can't say if it is either way.

It seems good, I have 10ms latency and it's barely noticable, sounds more like chorus happening tbh.
A load of my pedals are now up for sale in the For Sale section. Got a bid already on one and quite a few watchers.
I just have to make sure I don't buy a load of magic beans if they all sell.

@defjef , I still have a small solid state practice amp, it was in fact my first amp ever, I'll probably keep it seeing as it's not worth the hassle to sell and ship.

Forgot to mention you can also link up Bias to other DAWs such as GarageBand when recording tracks to get some great guitar tones which GarageBand seems to lack.
